A rare white tea from the Shangri-la Estate in the Ilam Region of Nepal. This beautiful white tea is produced from the bud and first leaf of the camellia plant; the leaves are lightly twisted by hand and are gently processed to retain the down on the leaf. The leaf unfurls into a full-bodied liquor. This tea is smooth and slightly fruity, supported by a fleshly apricot flavour with a cleansing finish.
